Also, just in reference to the man from del monte there, I wouldn't be advocating these 100 lad trial games. Do the scouting in the club championships first, and then, if necessary have smaller trial games to have another look at the short list from the club games.

I'd like to see Tommy Dowd gett ing an interview to see would he be up for job, beleive he has the attributes for a great manager,
and he would be well able to square up to any prima donna's and make them come round to his way of thinking. He has aspirations to be an inter county manager and a team like offaly where the only way is up might just suit him at this stage.
