the daingean pitch isnt to bad, but its just the general makeup of the place.the dressing rooms are very bad, a big auld stanley range in the middle of the room if im not mistaken, and theres seldom nets on the goals. i suppose, things have slipped there in recent years, would be nice to see them ba...

one of the best sufaces in the county would have to be ballycommon.this is a big wide open pitch and up until about 2001, it got plenty of matches now they have just stopped using it. walsh island is a fine venue, and prob will hold quite a few games with the wet spell we've had. among the worst wou...

under the rules of the association,in the offical guide, a cup, pitch, ground, stand or team can not be named after a living person. offaly county board are at present breaking that rule with the hosting of the senior football knockout cup, called after matt connor.

...............emmm.........kevin corrigan, where do i start?well unlike the black and red exile, i didnt see the tullamore tribune, in which the noble esteemed journalist, one of ballinagars finest started spouting off about the loyalty of offaly supporters. perhaps it should be that we question Mr ...

i would have to concur with true red there who said that there arent any better players out there in the county that havent as of yet got the nod. similarly i feel that rory guinan isnt good enough, to lazy and tends to drift off in matches after he scores a pint. Nigel "CHOP" ?? Grennan a...

lone shark mentioned a vital thing there that this offaly team is lacking, none of our forwards are prepared to work off the ball...having said that who the six forwrds will be on saturday night is a lottery, recent matches including the under 21s will have shown that some players just dont have it

Bogman agree with you about niall mcnamee, his free taking is very eratic and he has never had a good record from the placed ball. however lowry was not the answer, yes he can boom them over from fifty plus yards but he isnt that accurate from close in where most of the frees tend to be. in my opini...

I concur with you shark, i dont think there is anybody out there that hasnt got a fair crack of the whip. i suppose i wasnt at all senior champ games last year (perhaps 70%), but i do feel that if the man is in the job what 15 or 16 months at this stage, he should know what he has or has not got. i ...

Certain players would have to shoulder some responsibility for the recent spate of results, but in general i think most of the blame should be placed at KK's door in Blanch. not sure if the shark was refering to me there in his reply, but i just feel at this stage that if the man is in place surely ...
