I think we'll not get above our station with the Lord.
Let's just bow the heads and start praying that this is the start of something tangible, and please Lord, don't decide, "wouldn't it be nice to see Westmeath or Laois win one?"!!

Amen to that. We should leave liturgy to the clergy.

We've given a couple of decades of charity to our less fortunate neighbours.
That is serious generosity, all said!
