After the big defeat in the opening game against Kildare, it was a nice bonus for the team to be able to regroup and record good wins over Meath, Laoighis and Carlow.
However it looks like we got as much as we could out of the squad.
The losses to Longford and Dublin suggests that Offaly were maybe 5th best in Leinster this year. Which in itself is a sign of raised expectations, we now expect Offaly to rank higher.
