Absolutely brilliant, and chuffed with the mention!!!
HSM for County Board Chairman, Taoiseach, President, the EU President, X Factor Judge, entertainment at the Christmas staff party, presenting medals at the dinner dance, presenter of the Late Late Toy Show...

Chuck Norris and Romelu Lukaku, take a back seat, there's a new Superman in town...

Absolutely gutted.... twas bad enough being told i was past it for Junior B football but not making the the team on a 60 man GAA forum team is just gut wrenching..... To be honest, i dont know if ill have the stomach to make any contribution in 2014 after all the long evenings this year, the sore aches, sacrifices, the wife giving out and me gone every second night and all for what?? i dont even get a run at the end. I put a big personal effort in my self this year, a big personal effort.....where do i go from here...... Just want to wish all the players well....and F%*K the management.....
All the best, Jimbob....

Mighty stuff…

At the risk of stereotyping, I was expecting the collaboration partner would be - shall we say – ethnically compatible with your avatars.. rather than Billy Joel!

How about a HSM / Ice Cube collaboration on ‘Today was a Good Day’ on the OB cup win over Laois or the league win over Tipp?!

.... Using the theme of an out-of-he-blue good day in a seemingly endless streak of gloom and misery!

Brilliant. The word 'legend' is oft misused - so I won't call you that, HSM.

But seriously, I absolutely enjoyed that. Well done.

Amazing, HSM. Very funny and great references (the fact that my name was near the end kept me interested!). Cheers

Thanks to everyone for such positive feedback.
I genuinely mean that.

Unfortunately I was unable to include everybody, mainly due to a lack of verses, but also due to the fact that some of you have names that just didn't fit into the song as i would have liked. Examples of these include KillougheyGoBragh, TheManFromFerbane and Great Day for the Parish to name just three. I would have liked to include everybody, but I think that would have been next to impossible. I certainly would have liked to include all of you long-time posters, but the only pre-requisite I used in terms of selection was that the username would fit, it had nothing to do with frequency of contribution to the site. It was only a bit of craic at the end of the day, so I hope nobody feels too aggrieved at their exclusion. I also knew I'd forget some users, and I can see that 'onthefence' was one of those. I'm sure there are others too. Jimbob17 seems to have taken it pretty badly. It's nothing personal, pal. If its any consolation, I've just realised that I left myself out too.

Onwards and Upwards lads.
Uibh Fhaili abú!!!
