Tipsters Round 14 and McCormack/Regan Cup QF's

Four games this week, and I've included the intermediate semi to make up the numbers. All tips are welcome, since the league is ongoing, but it is of course Quarter Final week in both knockout competitions.
On form I've made Rynagh's favourites, which may be controversial, but it's not for personal benefit, because I'll be tipping the Banagher boys myself. Also, for the purposes of deciding in case any pairing ties on points, we'll have a tie breaker again - in this case it will be the total points in Tullamore on Sunday evening - including goals (i.e. 1-10 to 1-8 counts as 24). So throw that in at the end of your tips too.

The first bit fair enough - but I'll pretend that I'm undecided between 14 all and 15 all and split the difference....
As for the second, it wasn't meant to demean the intermediate game, just that we haven't included it so far, but weeks with four or more games will be thin on the ground from now on, hence the break in precedent this week.

SBOR - I see it will all come down to the Hurling game of Shamrocks and Belmont. I do hope Belmont win to be honest- they were in hard luck all year by all accounts.
