Tullamore 1-14 - 1-2 Gracefield.

Gracefield missing a huge number of players..James Flanagan, Ruairi Allen, Karol Slattery, Niall Smith, Peter Smart, John Knight and Tommy Fitzpatrick.

Rhode beat St Brigids, think it was 1-12 to 1-4..
Edenderry beat Tubber 1-14 to 0-9
Walsh Island beat Erin Rovers 3-9 to 0-11

Tubber 3-14 - 5-7 Gracefield.

Great game in Gracefield this evening. Gracefield led by 4 points going into injury time but Tubber grabbed a late goal to cut the gap to the minimum. From the resulting kickout, Ciaran McManus claimed possesion and drove on as far as the 45 yard line where he was fouled. He got up and took the free himself and drove it straight over the black spot to give Tubber the 2 points with the very last kick of the ball.

Good result for Tubber, but the more important aspect here is that since pulling off their win over Rynaghs, Gracefield have become competitive again. There were people even tipping them for relegation early in the year, but they seem to have pulled themselves together and are actually odds on to top group two now. Amazing what one win can do.

Sorry, when Tubber got the goal it was a draw. The high scoring had me confused.

A few financial problems ON the field......

A few would be be understating it

Clara seemingly have done very Little training so far this year and have lost a few lads for the next two Months through injury and Travel so I wouldn't read to much into it being a crisis,id still think whoever wins the Championship will have to beat them to do so
