Withdrawals from senior football panel (Hoganstand)

Post by fatlad »

Meanwhile, Offaly football boss Pat Roe has been rocked by the withdrawals of under 21 stars Thomas Coughlan and Niall Smith from his squad ahead of the Leinster SFC opener against Carlow. Both players were regulars during the National League and were also to the fore in Offaly’s march to the Leinster under 21 final.

Anyone know if there is any truth in this?

Is it not a bit harsh on Thomas Coughlan, he always can across as a player to give 110% on the pitch.
