Club Managements
Any word on any?
Re: Club Managements
From football perspective, I believe Shane Curran has left Durrow and gone to Caulry in Westmeath. It is a little bit of a bazaar one given Durrow walked the senior B this year and are more than capable of having a good run in Senior A next year. The contrast is that Caulry are a team just hanging on to senior in Westmeath and were lucky to avoid relegation this year. Given circumstances around how he left, it will be interesting to see how both teams get on next year. I believe that he is taking his coach (who comes highly regarded) with him.

Durrow will need more than "Cake" for Dessie! He'll not come cheap I'd say.

I think Durrow appointed Farrell from Edenderry

Re: Club Managements
Shane Hand has taken over from Adrian Clancy in Drumcullen. Seemingly Clancy has some job with the GAA which prohibits him from managing a club team.
If Drumcullen are still Senior A in 2022 he’ll have done a good job.
Also, Birr were very supposed to have been very close to appointing Cheddar Plunkett by all accounts but Laois swooped in.
And Belmont have parted company with Trevor Fletcher and have allegedly offered the manager’s gig to Martin Bennett from Crinkle who was S&C for Coolderry for their last championship win and is currently with Waterford’s backroom team.
Shinrone are apparently interested in replacing Joe Quinn with Fletcher.

Re: Club Managements
Any word on Ferbane, Edenderry, Shamrocks or Cappincur management teams? Nearly Christmas and all hot seats are vacant - unheard of in previosu years but understandable considering nobody knows what 2021 will look like. I imagine another shortened season with maybe no leagues.

Re: Club Managements
a cop or two on the Belmont squad probably opened up the door for Baker as he is guard in Tullamore, interesting to see how he does with Belmont, they have gone back a little on the form which almost got them over the line the last few years, be it this years championship was stop/start etc..problem for them now is they are gaining one or two new players but probably losing the likes of David Kenny and Colin Egan over the next couple of years...if not this year..
