I agree I should not have named players, my point is we have to be fair to lads some are not over physical so why not put a few men around them to allow them develop.
I see where Joe maher was not asked into the football panel, would he bring a bit of power to the hurlers? Where is Sean Dolan?

he certainly would be worthy of a panel place...great play maker for Belmont last year and can score too, and can mind himself too...certainly as good as some the good players in there now and some the so called good players in there now...please lads....

This is the same player who couldnt make the Belmont team 2 years ago?

He is one sided, has a basic level of skill but you want him on the panel for some reason?

Please get his scores from last year because from what I can remember there was very few.

Lads it's a disgrace they way some of ye are throwing his name about fair enough football but I could honestly name 20 better forwards in the county than him in the hurling.

Very good, good to hear and an injection of confidence after last weekend, will give the boys confidence going into the huge game in O Connor Park next weekend.

However, I seen Antrim drew with Tipp up in Belfast.

not throwing his name "around" at all..its a discussion thread here..I was at many club games last year and he was "one" of the better play makers if not score getter, ok, wouldnt be top class but "as good as what we have" full forwards I seen playing all year, that realistically might not say much for the other full forwards playing club hurling but he had a bit of go about him from what I seen and did get scores, are we reverting back to Joe Brady comming off the bench (no disrespect to Joe Brady by the way)..
