Is it basically the all Ireland final for u-14s ? Also has anyone a roll of honour for the tournament ?

Two competitions at u14. The sonny Walsh is B and the Tony Forrestial is A. Tipperary contested both finals and won both.
Offaly beat limerick and lost other one to waterford in group. Then beat Waterford to get to final. Cork did not take part this year. Which is a change in direction for them. They now do their own internal competition at that age. Fair play to Offaly but it's a blitz and seems to have been down graded greatly by counties. Limerick seemed very weak.
