Offaly Schools
I believe both Coláiste Choilm of Tullamore and Coláiste na Sionna of Banagher both beat St Brendan's of Birr in recent challenge games. I know these areas may be experiencing good spells, but surely a school with the size and pick of Birr should be winning these games? Also, what clubs are represented on the 3 teams? Finally, is there an outstanding reason why Gallen Cs, Ferbane has no hurling?

Re: Offaly Schools
Concerning very concerning...when Offaly are going well we traditionally need our stronghold of hurling going well which would take up most students of St.Brendans.
I believe some of there teams are playing in the B championship it was only about 10 years ago they were competing at the highest level v Richie power, cha fitzpatrick and Richie hogan it really does show you where we are at.
I know there U14 team beat some strong teams from Killenny and Wexford in the A championship so maybe they are a good bit stronger and will be competing at the highest level in 4 years time.
