Win (No handicap) 2 Points
Win for Favourites in Handicap 1 Point
Win for Underdogs with Handicap 3 Points
Draw in Football 5 Points
Draw in Hurling 7 Points

I have put not Handicaps down yet, so feel free to correct me.
