Rumour has it Michael (socks) Flynn is back on the wagon and playing ball again. As far as im concerned this is great news, the man is class when fit. If we can only get the little f****r fully fit he would walk onto the county team.

So Socks if your out there and reading this,
Lay off the sauce stay out of supermacs and give it a right lash!!

Commuting between the States and Ireland in order to manage his burgeoning consulatncy business.
He also helps out with edenderry from time to time(training sessions) at underage and also at adult level.

but thats cos he wasnt fully fit or bothered at the time.

Yeah I've always wondered what happened to him, I can remember him having a superb game at corner back on a horrible wet day in Ballybofey in a league game against Donegal a few years ago. I remember thinking at the time that this guy has a great future with Offaly for years to come.

Be nice if he'd at least start playing for Tullamore. No sign of him on the programme yesterday, can I take it that we'll be waiting till 2008 for this glorious second coming?
