Some serious talent in this Offaly panel, Ravenhill and Screeney especially. Very excited for it and hopefully can get the job done.

*Focus on the breathing, control the nerves and help conserve the energy in the build up
*Ye are 16/17, only worry about yerselves and what ye can do and not us cnuts in the stand
