CLUBS: The GAA Club Planning Programme - is it any good?

Well folks,

Has any club out there adopted the GAA's Club Planning Programme, and developed a 3-year Plan for your Club?

Was it a worthwhile exercise, and would you recommend it?

Reading the Programme material, it looks like a lot of work at first glance.


I'm sure every club is different, but I'd be interested to hear any experience from other clubs.
