Re: Pat Roe steps down

its no joke Charlie doing very well up here in Meath training teams and is respected.

if we bring in a manager with a bit of back bone the like of Brendan Lowry or Joe Kernan some one who players look up to and respect they might cut out all the crap that was going on.

Re: Pat Roe steps down

no one wants the job. Who would want to work with a bunch of big headed egos. They think they are world beaters we would be better off putting out yesterdays Minors they would have more pride and heart i think players like Kelly,Rafferty and McManus called it a day.

Re: Minor result yesterday?

If Keith Lawlor scored when he had an open goal at his mercy it was was game over he was unlucky also thought we conceded a soft goal.

Re: Michael Haverty

i agree to a certain extent but the thing with the sliotars is going on for years now. i think the sending off got Cork fired up but it wasnt hard to beat a one man team the Galway lads hadn't the heart to play for Loughnane.

Re: Michael Haverty

The standard of Refreeing in both games was brital flicking a ball on and its a free that Waterford scored, Ken McGrath was holding Joe Bergin the whole time and we got no frees. Paul Flynn should have got the line , Gr Oakley was booked for nothing Harverty has done this for years to Offaly he is b...

Re: Minor result yesterday?

Was at the game in Thurles and Croke Park yesterday both teams gave great displays but the refs in both games were nothing short of a disgrace, whatever about doing Senior players but to do it to a Minor is brutal the ref should have drawn it.
