Everything bar the game was good today. Just under 7k in attendance. Would have made for a good atmosphere except the match was so one sided. Shinrone never got going.

Probably based on the weather. Two matches on the same pitch would not be great. Tullamore did well to host the senior b and the semi final. Not too many pitches could do that. Best to just have one game and have a good surface fir it.

Might be better in future to have senior b final on sooner in the calendar so its not necessary to have a senior relegation play off.

Player welfare, particularly at u20 seems to be totally at odds with good practice. The amount of long term injuries that have been suffered is way too high for ot yo be normal. Both the hurlers and the footballers seem to be treated with little care to their physical wel being. Guarantee u20 hurler...

I see offaly gaa looking to change up the go games. Asking clubs who are joined up to break up at u8 to u10 and play for their own clubs. Like st manchins fielding as individual clubs rather than under one name as several clubs. Kevin corrigan wrote an article on it.

If kk win, no one should be relegated. However, clareen being a club that only plays hurling should not be a reason to stay in senior A.

So there's no rules or regulations in place to decide whether kk go up or if clareen come down?

The senior A semi was of a higher standard to the senior B? Is that surprising? I'd be very worried for offaly hurling if it was otherwise.
