Fennelly staying on. Goid move i feel. Winning the christy ring must happen.
Offaly must target promotion from Div. 2A, as well.

Westmeath defeated Dublin. Big chance for offaly to reach a final.
We have to get over Westmeath first. Be great to reach Leinster Final if we win the next day.

Colm is chairman of the GAA’s Community Development, Urban and Rural committee. It's an appointed role.

What role do you see him having at a national level?
Can’t name role, but I have heard him quoted in media. A check on GAA national officers should provide answer.

Re: Management committee

Colm Cummins is obviously an able candidate, who missed out on joining the executive last year. I think he has a national role with the GAA. This year he will be at the top table, it would have been more transparent if there was a contest with the incumbent. It appears in my view like an arrangement...

Re: All Ireland hurling final 2020

Good final for neutrals. My head says Limerick, but I would love to see Waterford win.

Dublin missing luke swan and a guy from Thomas Davis who are both excellent. It will be somewhat close.
Think Offaly will be without one, possibly two players for Saturday. Best of luck to players on Saturday. Pity we can’t be there.

Re: Should we stick with Michael Fennelly now?

Stay with Michael Fennelly. I don’t see an alternate candidate willing to take over. the problems in Offaly go beyond the manager. Personally I think speculating about changing managers is unhelpful, but the poster is entitled to his/ her opinion.

Re: All ireland hurling semi final

Interested in people's opinion on G heggerty tackle on Joe Canning, to me it was a red card but also he should have been yellow carded for persistent fouling also, he had at 8 fouls. Did K Hayes not run half the pitch with the ball in his hand?? Even a gillane tap on the Galway keeper could have be...

I thought you were referring to the 29km walkway across the Slieve Blooms for a moment.
It passes through Lough Boora as well Frank.

Re: DIV 3 NFL predictions and general chit chat.

I can hear that being our excuse for not getting promoted before a ball is kicked in Div 3 next 2021 season..if we go out to play football and the beat us, fine, we tried, if we go out (like Cork yesterday and in their game against kerry for which they were dosed to win) and start over passing and ...

Re: DIV 3 NFL predictions and general chit chat.

Division 3 next year will have both the Munster and Ulster provincial champions. Great wins by Cavan and Tipperary. Promotion will be a big task.

Re: Offaly Hurling 2020

Lads I would just like to come on this as seen on Twitter yous are going in to post mortems over yesterday’s result. I honestly believe the conditions and water breaks ie non opportunity to build momentum etc had a lot to do with the result.Just to balance your argument and stop yous laying into pl...

Re: Offaly Hurling 2020

As a mainly football man with a huge interest in the hurling I am genuinely shocked at the performance yesterday. I wanted to see what the lie of the land was here before I comment. Hugely significant point about the manager adapting to the players at his disposal, and building a gameplan around th...

Re: Offaly Hurling 2020

First off well done to Down. I belive two teams get promoted this year so they are going up. I felt the ref gifted us a free to level it at the end of etxta time. They pick from a tiny base so its a great achievement. We cant stay playing hurling from the past, but today in the conditions we did ne...
