Re: Offaly Team to face Wexford in Leinster Football Championshi
The team will look stronger with McNamee, Allen, Smith and Mcmanus starting though. Backline is still dodgy.

Re: Offaly Team to face Wexford in Leinster Football Championshi
They beat Mayo by a point. Guilfoyle is going abroad for the summer and it is very debatable whether he will play in the Wexford game.

Re: Offaly Senior Football Club Championship 2011
Tubber vs Edenderry was painful to watch. Dreadful conditons, dreadful game. Neither team played well(Tubber in particular were awful). Edenderry adapted better and showed more fight to grind out the win. Tubber will have to become more consistent if they are to be a force in Offaly football. They w...

@extrafree, you do realise you have Tubber down for 19 points when you add up all the scorers?

Re: Offaly Senior Football Club Championship 2011
I agree, Tubber were definately the better team, Lone Shark you probably know this Ferbane team quuite well, don't you think their gameplan was shocking limited?

Re: football club championship
I'd imagine it will be a Rhode-Clara decider with the main contender to upset this being Tullamore(the old reliable) and then possibly Tubber, Ferbane, Walsh Island.

Re: Offaly vs Westmeath NFL 10/04/2011
Great game, great conditions and great atmosphere. Over the course of the 70 minutes Westmeath were the better team, their forwards really were on fire and rarely missed the mark all game. Brady, Darby and Sullivan all got roastings and credit to Joe Quinn for improving things when he came on. The m...

Re: Tipp v Offaly nfl
I just think its beggars belief that they looked at the useless, talentless John Coughlan for so long. It was a disgrace that Connor wasn't brought on went Smith went down in the 1st place. McNamee and McManus were shocking with the frees and overall it was just a dreadful, disgraceful performance i...

Re: Offaly vs Westmeath 2011 Leinster U21 football championship
Westmeath just had a game plan which was far superior to Offaly's, their forward play was more fluid and as a whole, they probably had the better footballers. For example, Westmeath played a sweeper in front of Bernard Allen all night so essentially he had two men marking him all night , making it h...
