Classic finish...Fair play to Pascal.
At the risk of being accused of begrudery If this attempt had of just went wide would he not have looked terrible foolish?

Re: Michaela Morkan - Offalys 1st Camogie All-Star
i doubt she would take offence to that ya muppet . I thought the other contributors were harsh on you earlier in the year with your ramblings and rants about Tullamore...Mistaken What I meant was that we are congratualating the girl on her achievements on the field, not for her looks, whatever they...

Great database... Wouldn't say its 100% however. Just looked at two players, D Farrell and Cillian Farrell and their stats aren't correct.

Re: First indication of football panel for 2009
Seriously though, we have been beating ourselves up for years by trying to shoehorn in young lads just becauase they were out of under21. Look at the graceless disposal of James Grennan for another example. We have not had a lad since as good as he would be even now. For arguements sake...anyone ou...

Re: Red by name, Red by nature....
To be honest I would love for them to go on strike, the county board saying "F*ck you so", holding open trials, getting the best 30 lads in the county that want to represent their county. Going out and win lose or draw thank them for their efforts. Keep this going year after year until th...

Re: First indication of football panel for 2009
Was at the Dublin County Final Replay last night and observed closely Conor Evans who was playing full back for Oliver Plunketts. They seemed to have the game in the bag when Bernard Brogan put them three points in the clear with ten minutes to go, but Crokes fought back and astute pre match switche...

Re: Richie Connor set to become new manager
Any truth in the word over the weekend that the county board are meeting tonight and that they will recieve the resignation of Richie Connor?
How would this work if he did. Would the two selectors remain or would they be forced to go aswell?

Re: Richie Connor - Interesting reading!
Call me sensationalist or reactionary or whatever but, does something like this question Richies ability to do the job and also his motivation for taking on the job in the first place? . This case highlights the fact, which was clear all along, that his appointment in the first place reeked of 'pol...
