Re: U/21 V Kilkenny goes ahead

Fair play Treas, the vent must have worked a treat. All systems go, still a pity about the football/hurling clash but two out of three ain't bad.

Re: U/21 V Kilkenny goes ahead

Didn't see them mentioning anything about Wednesdays U21 game on the Sunday Game last night, but no doubt if they did it would have been flagged and it would have been postponed! If only Michael Duignan was on the panel last night. :(

Re: club championship

Lads Wexford played a round of Club Hurling Championship games at the weekend, a week before they are due to play Kilkenny in the Leinster Final, do they have more depth in their squad that they can afford to do so, I don't think so?

Re: Full Time Score 2-11 to 1-8

Explain this to me, a guy gets the ball on the 40, has time and space and opts to try pass it in to try get a kick around the 21, can these guys not pop the ball over the bar from 40 yards? I know McManus tried once or twice, had the distance but not the accuracy!

Re: Offaly 4-22 Laois 2-12

Was disappointed with Kevin Brady, thought he looked very sluggish and casual, will need to up his performance and lead by example the next day. Conor Mahon had a pretty good debut, got through alot of work in midfield. Ger Healion although caught for pace is pretty good in the air and as he gets mo...

Re: Hatton for Croker !

If it was to be fixed for the off season then that'd fine... few more bob for the coffers... but if they start messing around in the height of summer like they're doing this year with concerts then they can go feck off!!

Coolderry V Ballinamere

Anyone at this match? Michael Duigean is suppose to have cleaned up and scored 4-1. Seemingly he also went to confront a Coolderry supporter (about his use of language during the match) at the end of the match and all hell broke loose.

Re: Long Term Fixtures Plan Released

Well I presume why we start the Senior Championship in April/May is so that the Intermediate/Junior Championships can start (grading etc). Anyone know how other counties do this? I know in Dublin you can play 3 games Intermediate championship and still play junior championship, strange I know. P.S. ...
