I think it's a case of Kilkenny being a bit weakened that things have looked a bit more even. I think Offaly have a great chance, win this and they will win the final.
BTW..good to see a team like Kildare competing, not just taking part.

Blood Sub Rule

No..I haven't gone mad, and brought up this old debate, but just noticed that the Rule has been amended at Congress., the motion to alleviate any 'grey' areas. A player goes off with a blood injury, and is replaced by a temporary sub. If that player comes back on he MUST replace the sub that c...

Plagiarism is rife in the virtual / physical journalism world. There are very few 'original' reporters anywhere, most news and stories are taken from news pools etc. Similarly here, writers for programs check out a few relevant sites and cobble together some sort of coherent babble for the punter to...

The BIG issue here is the potential loss of 1 measely point,....but...this point could be the difference between Div 3 & 4 or Qualifiers & Murphy Cup...

it's potentially huge. And if someone know there was ANY doubt and risked playing Ken Casey....shoot him!!!

I suppose the only hope we have is to plead ignorance of the new procedures and hope Longford don't pursue the matter "to the ends fo the earth" like those Kildare tossers last year. :? The big question is 'IF' Longford appeal the result, and if they do, I think we're in for another legal...

New Stadia

Just read about Kildare GAAs plans for a new stadium outside Newbridge. Selling the old ground and building new. Fair play, if it works out....should have happened with O'Connor Park... It's about time the grounds are being modernised, if you want people to still be going to matches. Link to 2 photo...
