The proposal was to enter teams in Senior A and Senior B - no one spoke in support of having 2 teams in Senior A. The only outstanding issues were on junior teams.

As expected, KK agreed at AGM to enter 1 Team in Senior A and 1 in Senior B in 2024.
Not sure if there are any rules covering what happens, but do Seir Kieran automatically stay up now?

Re: GAA Season Ticket 2023

Is this closed or is there still an option to buy, wasnt too keen at Christmas but would go to a lot of neutral games if the offer was still open. If closed it would be good to reopen for a week or two before the championship starts. Still seems to be available on the Offaly GAA website: https://of...

Re: Offaly Senior Hurlers 2023

All clubs listed above are permission clubs to play football with Birr at underage Thanks greenairfield. By the way others are talking, every North Offaly club has an inter-county hurler when in reality this is players from Clodiagh Gaels, Durrow and Tullamore. I'd imagine that similar number of fo...

Just wondering if anybody who is more proficient than me with tech could add last years Leinster Minor Final result to the Leinster Minor Final wiki page? Score: Offaly 0-21 Laois 0-13 Venue: Laois Hire O’Moore Park Captain: Dan Ravenhill Cheers. Just think it’s important to add it. Just updated th...

Re: Offaly Senior Hurlers 2023

Hopefully Offaly have some tickets ring-fenced for clubs and the tickets we are buying on Ticketmaster now are those that Kildare GAA have put on general sale. On past experience though, it's probably more likely that Ticketmaster have messed up.

Re: Offaly Senior Hurlers 2023

Got my tickets as well - they are on general sale on Ticketmaster. I see Offaly GAA have since sent a tweet stating tickets are limited but a few would be available in the morning and they gave a link to use. Kildare GAA tweeted the same link to buy tickets but didn't ask their supporters to wait un...

Re: Parish Rule

I think the rule has to be applied, otherwise you are causing further problems by setting precedents that prolong the issue. I have sympathy with the families as Knockbarron and Droughtville are very close to Kinnitty village and I'm sure the children would be going to Kinnitty NS and their friends ...

Big game against Carlow first. We are not even guaranteed a semi final place yet by my calculations, so I'm sure the focus will be on that game only.

Is that set for 1pm start in Kilcormac as outlined yesterday. Confirmed as 1pm tomorrow in Faithful Fields: https://offaly.gaa.ie/fixtures-resul...

Re: U20 intercounty football league - development league

The GAA site looks good but is very difficult to navigate so needs a complete revamp in my opinion. The fixtures are in here: https://www.gaa.ie/u20footballdevelopment/ - note this still includes last years fixtures so you need to scroll down.
