parnell Park was an absolute disgrace.
I don't know how is so bad considering Dublin footballers are playing most of their league matches in croke park.

He probably was and screeney also but I wouldn't think it was anything malicious , looked like he tweaked a hamstring

Tweaked his hamstring but had already been on the end of brutal belts from the Dublin backs.

Behaviour of the Dublin sideline was also a disgrace throughout the game.
I suppose that's what is to expect going to Parnell Park.

The scare from Dublin might be exactly what Offaly need to bring them back down to Earth.

Out of curiosity, in what way?

Abuse directed towards Offaly players and management and linesman.
Outright encouragement of the filth that went on.
Manager took down the sideline like Jose Mourinho to celebrate in front of the Offaly dugout when they scored the equaliser in added time.

Can I just ask about the rule for players involved between u20 and senior that was so controversial in the lead up to our match with Cork. Does the same situation stand? No impact for us because of Joe Mac participation.......

I say this as we obviously have more senior players again involved this year.

In relation to the match, great to get a win in such circumstances, pitch, wound up opposition, weather, away....and all the rest.
Hurling is a physical game and was happy to see we maintained discipline when opposition tried to wind up lads. But in general Dublin were just doing what teams do in the modern game and the key is to be mentally as well as physically strong.

Lot of good play by our guys but some of the ball in without pressure on was poor. Work to be done on the forward play in general but that was as much down to the scandelous pitch conditions as anything. Dubs left a nice few scores behind them and this helped us get over the line.

Lots done but more to do.
Anyone know is Cillian Martin near to getting back on the pitch after his injury, is he in line to feature for this competition?
