I think both carrig riverstown and shamrocks both gave a number of walkovers last year and with there being a junior C championship this year, those 2 should of been dropped to junior b and their 3rd teams (if entering a 3rd team) dropped to junior c. that would have left 2 even Junior A groups. teams awarding walkovers needs to be looked at and have consequences.
