Leinster Final

Post by Lone Shark »

Needless to say Hill 16 on a Dub day is an experience all it's own. There will be mixed emotions as to whether we should gather the Shark contingent on the Hill or just be seen at various places in the stands. What do ye think? I'd be in favour of making a bold statement and getting in amongst them myself, but then that's just me, foolish to the last......

There mightn't be a choice, will hill tickets even be made available to faithful supporters?

No Fear lads!!!

Sure if Laois win on Sunday anyway the Dubs would cheer our lads on.

If Dublin win it might be a bit dodgier though.

If it's agin Laois, the hill.
If it's the dubs, anywhere else.

Hopefully it will be Laois and we might get the Hill behind us.

Ah lads! Where is your sense of adventure? Sure it will be great craic on the hill and we will be more easily visible amongst all those Dublin jersies don't you think?

The one thing in our favour is that the scumbag element of the Dublin support would rarely bother with the minor match - when there's cider to be drunk in a nearby field or bus shelter.

The Hill wasn't even available tonight, so the Shark will be in block 335 unfortunately. Not the atmosphere we're used to, but what can you do except make do..... :)

Hopefully it'll be an Offaly section and we can make the lads feel like they have a bit of support anyway.

I could only get tickets for the Upper Cusack. :( The place where I work wouldn't give me a corporate box ticket despite the fact that two lads from the Tullamore branch are on the panel for Sunday. One is starting and one is a sub. Maddness.
