How could they overlook this? HOW COULD THEY?

Surely they would have flagged it somewhere that Shinrone would be denied home venue at this grade?

Agree with above. I would also question why the CB awarded the Intermeidiate final to shinrone last year when this club shamefully failed to fully co-operate withthem earlier in the year.
