Well done lads on rolling out a new Forum so painlessly. You can tell BnMm to stop posting all his "Tests" now.

Two comments/suggestions:

1. On the old Forum, I used to use the links "View previous topic :: View next topic" to jump directly from one topic to the next changed one. I cant see a similar link here, so I have to go back to the Topic Index before opening the next topic thread. Am I missing something?

2. Any chance you can change that Blue Banner? It's too much of a reminder of Dublin / Laois / Tullamore.

whats the story with avatars...

some members quite obviously have avatars greater than 100 x 100 pixels...

while personally i dont like large avatars, i do think a 10kb limit is a bit much... i personally like smaller gif avatars than the large image ones.

and the new format with the posters avatar and name on the RHS is slightly distracting... its easier to follow a conversation type thead if the avatars are on the left...

just a personal opinion.

I'm still waiting for my "View previous ... :: ... next ..." links back again. Can any of the Administrators tell me what we have gained with this new Forum, to offset what we have lost? :?

Im not the admin, but i have experience with phpbb 3.... this version is much more stable than the previous... remember all the debug crap and logging out....
It can be altered to replicate the other one as close as possible, visual wise.
