I'd say it is the start of the psychological warfare ahead of the relegation final!

Shamrocks have Tweeted a specific fixture for their IHC match against Shinrone for the week ending 7th July. Are fixtures for Round 3 out? Can someone who has them to hand post them up please?

Yea, Gunn, but we're all still waiting for Round 2. And don't go looking at the master fixtures list, it ain't there.

Fixture list says full round of Senior, Intermediate and Junior Hurling Championship on the weekend of 13th July. I would have to presume that round 3 on the masters fixture list would now be round 2 and so on until group stages finishes.

I was at the Tullamore v Brosna Gaels match last night 3-15 to 1-10. Not a great match of hurling,Brosna are missing a few players from last year and are struggling without them.Tullamore also missing a few players, some of their young players in America for the summer, they always seemed to be in control of the game and Brosna full back line seemed to panic each time it went in there. But having said all that Brosna hit the crossbar twice and missed a pen maybe that would have made a difference and when the got their goal Tullamore went up a scored one straight away.
Two other things from last night, Tony Carroll brought his own umpires and there were two Clara linesmen which cuts out a lot of messing and lads fighting with them well done Tony,he also did well but was not that hard to ref all were well behaved.
Now something that bugs me big time and thankfully we dont hear it to often lads getting on to county players with remarks like "you can do it now but wont do it for the county".I always remember the first time i heard it someone shouting at Peter Brady playing for Edenderry our best county footballers at the time i was young and could not believe it and Shane Dooley got a little last night, think it was only one man shouting it. Shane was about to take a free and someone shouted in, he would not score it playing for Offaly, i think it got the biggest cheer of the night when it went over. These lad play for our county and we shout for them when they do and it sounds bad when we hear things like that at a club match. Most clubs have a county player or two and we would not like hearing it about them.
