Re: Offaly u20 2021
of the team who do we think are the obvious ones who should make an impact at senior level?
Re: Offaly u20 2021
Anyone else still absolutely buzzing after the win
Some scenes in the Celt pub after, lads literally literally hanging out of the rafters

Scenes reminiscent of downtown Kabul as the Tulliban storm the place.

The Tulliban?
Is that some sort of alliance between Tullamore and Ferbane?
Mighty scenes altogether, great few days for the county.
Just want to mention the performances of Chip O'Toole and Ed Cullen (as did the crowd in OConnor square!!). Cullen has improved all the way along and is a guy who may well push on to Senior level, great edge to his game, and Chip is a proper keeper and should be an addition at senior level if he keeps at it.

Re: Offaly u20 2021
I see the thunder 20s are back in action with a couple of lads from last year back once again for the renegade master.
Whats the mood around this team? Any potential bolters or whats the overall ceiling like for this crop? I thought keith o neill was with the seniors.

Re: Offaly u20 2021
Must remember that is a considerably weakened team - less Tynan, Furlong, Egan, Pearson, and likely good few more.
From that group, think McDaid from Tullamore is one to watch. Harry Plunkett also will play senior for county eventually but still only in school and needs time to develop physically. Geordi O Meara is very solid too but also very young and plays at 6. Possibly another longer term senior but needs lots of time. O'Neil is an obvious one but lots of lads from his neck of woods were lost after underage due to playing at lower level with club and never pushed on.
