Poor game yesterday in tullamore hard to know how good tullamore are against a very poor shamrocks team.
Hard to believe there from the same town
Where is final being held this year?

Final venue won’t be fixed till after the semi finals
Shamrocks and Tullamore the same town that’s the first time iv heard that I’m sure people from Rahan Mucklagh and the Island would disagree

Two different clubs, Not from the same town. Rahan people are from a different area than Tullamore.

Will be a good game between Tullamore and Edenderry next week
Ferbane will beat St Rynaghs handy in the other semi
Shamrocks were extremely dissapointing. 1 point from play I think? Good individual performaces from the Bates brothers but that was it. Jack Daly, Killian Bourke and Niall Furlong impressed for Tullamore.

Seems like Ferbane are the only team capable of troubling Tullamore at all grades. Minor Senior and now U20 final all between them.

Yes. St Michael's did six in a row 2002 to 2007 inclusive.

Pat Donegan. Signed out of respect for players and all involved with Offaly.

Tullamore ran out comfortable winners in the end . Edenderry didn’t score for 40 mins after their second goal. A hat trick of goals from Sean Afolabi Joseph sealed the win for Tullamore
Edenderry lost their discipline at the end and all they wanted to do was fight . This Edenderry team won the minor championship 3 yrs ago but haven’t pushed on and were made look very ordinary today
The final next weekend should be a good game

Think it'd make sense to move it back to U21. It doesnt cross over against inter county. It was a three year gap from U17 to U20, and as minor moves to U18 at club level, it would make sense for U21's to be made age grade and maintain that 3 year gap and give young players that extra bit of time and game time to develop. It was always a good champ before and holding a 3 yr age gap would ensure quality of competition is maintained at a higher level of standard.

Tullamore 12pts
Wheery 5 pts
A convincing win for Tullamore who complete the 5 in a row and will be favs for the next few yrs at U 20 level.
An excellent defensive display from Ben Heffernan Patrick Kenna Jack Daly and Jack Maher laid the foundations. Davin Keegan was excellent at midfield with Niall Furlong haven a super game scoring 6 pts
Ferbane were game but lacked quality and couldn’t deal with intensity of Tullamore in the tackle
A good year for Tullamore winning all underage A football bar losing the minor same as 2023
