Also, I’m not 100% sure if Kiely’s second yellow happened. I think he got a straight red, although he previously picked up a yellow.

Somebody might know why Offaly GAA cant construct and release fixtures for the championship next weekend. It is only 10 days away and should be the minimum notice required to give clubs.

Loose how can you justify that challenge from Clancy are you insane...We all know kiely isn't a saint but he is the victim here.
Rynaghs behaviour regarding talking on the field is worse than any other team in the county I think most teams would agree on that.

By no means am I. One match ban. I’m sure that Clancy intended to take him down, but I don’t think that he meant to seriously hurt him.greenairfield wrote:Loose how can you justify that challenge from Clancy are you insane...We all know kiely isn't a saint but he is the victim here.

From being at the matches, Rynagh’s are relatively quiet. I’ve been at 3 Belmont matches, 3 Rynagh’s, 1 Birr, 2 Shinrone, 2 1/2 Coolderry, 1 Kinnitty, 1 and a bit Clareen and 2 KK.
From what I could hear, as in roaring in, Shinrone were the worst.
But from talking to players from Clareen, Birr, Rynagh’s and Belmont, they reckon that Shinrone and KK are the two worst culprits.

It’s the exact same for football. I know that some clubs got 6 days notice for the football championship.kaiserchief wrote:Somebody might know why Offaly GAA cant construct and release fixtures for the championship next weekend. I think that my suggestion may have been correct. All of the above matches were played in either Banagher or Birr.Plain of the Herbs wrote:Scores from the following S'A'HC games are now up on Offaly GAA TV: -

Re: Senior A hurling 2018
I wouldn't concur. In fairness, 12 (I think) of the 16 Senior A matches so far have been played in either Banagher or Birr, so the chances of showing a match from another venue are slimmer. I've seen where the guy positions his camera in Birr (saw it at the Rynagh's v Kinnitty match), and it's on a tripod stand in the middle of the stand. It's not like there's a specialised TV gantry, or even a bit of scaffolding for him. I presume it's the same in Banagher. Also, the pre-summer matches were fixed when no-one knew Offaly GAA TV was coming, so they were hardly arranged to facilitate cameras.
Further, there's a football match in there from Clara, and I can only guess the cameraman was up a tree. And there's another football match from a rural venue, the one with what looks at a glance like soccer goals (without uprights). Someone might actually tell me where that pitch is. So, no, I don't believe the matches are fixed to facilitate the camera.

Clonbullogue I think. I thought that the vantage points may help both Birr and Banagher’s case for games. Offaly GAA TV was in the pipeline this good while. I heard murmurs about it in April, but only heard of it since then during the week.Plain of the Herbs wrote:I wouldn't concur. Super win for Birr in the 7s battle of the champions in St.Thomas Gaa Club in Galway over the weekend
A very young team beat Athenry in the final and beat Kilkenny teams Glenmore and James Stephens on the way to he final.

Friday 27th July: Shinrone v Kinnitty in Coolderry at 7.30pm - Shinrone by 12 points - Kinnitty backs unlikely to contain Shinrone Forwards
Saturday 28th July: Clareen v Kilcormac-Killoughey at Kinnitty at 7.30pm - KK by 5 points - KK cant afford many more slip ups so should just have enough to get over Clareen despite missing a number of key players
Sunday 28th July: Coolderry v Birr at Rath at noon - Birr by 2 points - Game of the weekend and I can see Birr edging a very close game
Sunday 28th: St Rynagh’s v Belmont at Lusmagh at 1.30pm - Rynaghs by 8 points - Rynaghs starting to find their form after a slow start and are current favourites to win Sean Robbins

Wont be much between kk and Clareen with the black and ambers well capable of beatin the Kks. Kk were a pure joke v rynaghs and made look poor. You spot on about Rynaghs though; well ahead of the rest.
