Hurling semi finals
While enjoying a cracking second half of the Coolderry v Kinnity match yesterday after a painfully one sided curtain raiser, i was alarmed that in this day and age all four linesmen at the two games were not dressed in their proper gear. It looked like the lads had just come from mass in their sunday best and were given a flag to go out and do the line. Surely for two senior semi finals in 2005 its not too much of a job to insure that officials are properly togged out.

Any report on the Coolderry v Kinnitty game ?
Any report on the Coolderry v Kinnitty game ?
Re: Any report on the Coolderry v Kinnitty game ?
I'm sure someone will oblige with a more detailed report, but in short Kinnitty will be kicking themselves. If they had done any hurling in the first half, it could have been a different story. They seemed to panic on every ball, not to mention letting in a soft goal and conceding another with a reckless penalty. Coolderry had a 10 point lead at half time - 3-7 to 0-6.the bare biffo wrote:Any report on the Coolderry v Kinnitty game ?
Whatever talking was done at half time, Kinnitty emerged a different team and two goals inside 3 mins put them right back into it. They completely dominated the second half, with Coolderry only managing to add two points (one from a free) to leave the final score 3-10 to 2-11.
