Does anyone out there know what the deal is if teams end up on equal points- does it go head to head/playoff/points scored?

playoffs

yeah, it doesn't go on points difference but a playoff will determine who goes through to the quarters etc... for example in the weak group you mite likely have a 3-way playoff wit pullough, edenderry and shannonbridge, if the bridge and pullough beat bracknagh and edenderry lose inthere final hame to ballycumber, then all 3 teams will have 4 points and will have to play a round robin series to determine who goes through.... unfortunately us at the bridge aren't really performing the last few years so put your money on edenderry or possibly the hard workin bogmen of the erin rovers to progress wit a very over-rated ballycumber side i might add!!!!! 8)

And the county board go on about too many games....if they decided the groups on a head to head basis followed by points diff you would hardly need playoffs and thus not congest the fixtures...
So say Ferbane beat Shamrocks they will have to play each other again to decide the 3rd placing - if the game was on a head to head it would make for an interesting game.
