The usual way would be the local pub, but another alternative would be the email addresses - usually in the form of clubname@ gaa.ie. It's doonoy@ gaa.ie and shamrocksoy@ gaa.ie to distinguish them, while you have strynaghsf@ gaa.ie and strynaghsh@ gaa.ie, but I think all the others are as you'd imagine.
