Offaly results over the weekend

In addition to Birr, I see our football teams had mixed results - Kilcormac/Killoughey (who I thought would be very decent at that level) lost out down in Carlow, while Tubber (who I'd have had less optimism for) had a good win in Wicklow. They'll be put to the pin of their collar next Sunday against Fingal Ravens, but even so home advantage might push them on a wee bit. Hopefully they'll get a decent crowd at it anyway, even if Rhode vs UCD does come with a lot more glamour attached.
