Only seven entries got more than one point, but two of them hit the top of the table on account of it. Mighty Pair o' Hands got exactly one goal to join the one point from the top three games that everyone got (I discounted the KK/Drumcullen game since it wasn't played, no points for walkovers!!), and Plain of the Herbs emerges from the pack to join him after nailing the 14 point special for the draw. Percy Sledgehammer also hit this, but our occasional poster from Tubber is too far back to really make any impact.

As regards the two knockout finals, myself and Rynagh's Biffo are still tied at a meagre one point each going into the second leg of the McCormack Cup this week, while Fullback now holds a commanding lead in the Regan Cup, the Joe Brady first goalscorer/top scorer double giving him a 7-1 advantage going into the football. But with a hurling replay likely to feature as well if the Indo is to be believed, there are oodles of points on offer this week.
