Will there be no underdogs/favourites, as usual?

Crap!!!

Sorry folks, being abroad I missed all this. Didn't know there were games going ahead. So seeing as some of the tips are in, we'll leave it as two points for a win and seven for a draw - I expect a lot of the same scores though!!

Thanks Treasurer as well - good work with that!

You can trust me, Lone Shark, the good people of Coolderry and Shamrocks won't hold any grudges. I'd say you'd have given Coolderry a ten point winning margin. It finished Coolderry 3-13, Shamrocks 3-5.

Favourites

Post by The Biff »

I'd say it's not too late to flag the Favourites and Underdogs. There are only 9 sets of tips in already and there is a clear pattern, so there may not be much disparity of scores.

If you were to throw in the few "spanners" now, I'd say the existing 9 entries would be well aware and able to make adjustments if they thought needed.

To be honest a couple of those games are beyond favouritism - they'd need handicapping. No matter how many points you put on offer for tipping a Clara or a Killavilla win, no one will do it. I'd be putting in handicaps of ten and 16 points respectively, if I was doing it - however probably best left.

I can only hope I'll be forgiven ......
