Post by Fairplayalways »

I see Offaly are in this competition, any idea of what time these games throw in at, most are not that far away in Offalys group:

Liam O’Connor Cup

Offaly, Clare, Tipperary, Limerick

cheers for that, might catch one or two of them, an interesting competition which one thinks should work at intercounty senior level if there was time..

The GAA site looks good but is very difficult to navigate so needs a complete revamp in my opinion. The fixtures are in here: https://www.gaa.ie/u20footballdevelopment/ - note this still includes last years fixtures so you need to scroll down.

You're not planning on going to a match, surely?

Some could have an interest or player taking part, that's when one has to go to these games..no deciding "will I" unfortunately.. Ime hearing so much for the master list that is now not concrete with games moved to different dates..

Any view on the match last night? Wasn't at it.

i was it, the team that was out last night you could see are really built for what's ahead in a couple of months time ,when the ground is drier and moving quicker ball into the forwards, general support play was good, when they got into a rythem there was at most times plenty of options, like the senior team we don't have too many big lads on the team, but at this level one would think you can get away with that.
