Well worth a listen this. He's clearly had his struggles recently but I found this uplifting to hear how he has come back stronger and is trying to help raise awareness. Fair play to him, glad he's doing better and he sounds like a lad with his head screwed on. I'd say there isn't a club or family in Ireland that hasn't in some way been impacted by mental health issues so more people speaking up can only be a good thing.
