they obviously not in too much "bother" if they would a game in the last 10 minutes..

not saying kk will win the all ireland club or anything but with the squad they have they are still big contenders..

We’re KK missing Currams for that?

Birr were missing

Oisin Murphy
Brendan Murphy
Craig Taylor
And Paul Cleary came on centre forward just at half time for injured Stephen lonergan.
Birr seem to be picking up injuries if we get everyone back together we have a super chance of winning a county title.

The one thing that worries me is we keep losing matches we should be winning, finding it hard to finish teams off.

Looking at the tullamore tribune it looks like KK where missing a lot more than Birr:

Killian Leonard came on as a sub

No Kevin Grogan, Brian Leonard, Conor Mahon or Dan Currams.

A lot more....? That is the same amount and u named Brian Leonard who hasnt really hurled senior over the last two years isn't another one missing.

Currams is now in England and talks of him not coming back...

In that case I could name Eoin Hayes for Birr.

4 players missing and 23 players missing is not the same..

you should check your facts first also.. Leonard has hurled senior in the last two years..

Currams only went over in the last few weeks and he hurled intercounty all year so i think it is justification of him being added to the missing list.

We have no inter county teams left in any competition? Am I right??

Can someone explain why we can’t have a club fixture list for at least the next month? Can’t be that unreasonable of a request? It’s now Sunday evening, I presume there is a round of club hurling fixtures next weekend? Players/mentors/supporters don’t know what day they’re playing yet! God forbid they might have something else on over the weekend, can’t make any plans yet. Just another example of CB incompetence.

CB won't make a fixture plan because they would have to stick to it.

Be no room to provide favours in fixing games for certain days, venues and referees's. That's how it all works right!!

The CB are doing a great job of driving players away from the sport. For such a small county with a small enough number of clubs things could be done so much better.

To have Belmont n Birr on Sunday evening at 7.30 is absolute madness. And I see Carraig and Shamrocks are fixed for 8 which is even worse.

No reason why these games can't be played at 6.

Whatever about later games on a Friday or Saturday evening.. Offaly county board expecting players to wait til Sunday evening to hurl championship and not be home til after 10 o clock before they get finished up and home.

And then we wonder and question why lads aren't playing. This is the perfect example.
