You’ve dodgy info on Rynaghs. It’s Adrian Clancy. He got it ahead of Ken Hogan.

Also, who are Ferbane. They haven’t had a Hurling team since the mid 90s.
It’s BELMONT. They’d be quick to tell you that.

Ferbane are the football team, Belmont are the hurling end of the parish.

I know. The point that I was making was that Ferbane last had a Hurling team in the mid 90s, Belmont had a football team also. They used to be completely separate clubs up until about 20-25 years ago. Belmont were in an intermediate football final in ‘94 I think, where they were beaten by Ballyfore.

I assume Trevor Fletcher is back with Belmont..

Spellman is back with Birr.

Delaney from Camross had accepted the Clareen job and was poached very late by Shinrone.

Arien Delaney is a bit of a slippery fish to get, a few teams around the county were in talks with him, from what I hear he left Clareen high and dry

JOHN CARROLL from Roscrea is in talks with Clareen

Is there any truth that Kinnitty were also looking for Delaney? Have they a new manager yet?

Was this a money decision or a decision based on potential?

League is starting in 5 weeks and first round of championship in 12..

Teams would wanna be thinking about getting started, yet alone getting management in place.

I think St Rynaghs set out their stall for the upcoming year early. All in place before Christmas.(KK obviously held on to Byrne)
Clubs panicking now.
Don’t know Delaney or Carroll, but I’d imagine the way that it’s being described on the former’s situation, the biggest pockets won. Don’t know the ins and outs of it, however it looks like that.
