Surely this is a good thing for Offaly? I'm very surprised that Fennelly, considering where he comes from and the values they hold at both club and county level, went down this route.

Ive heard James Dempsey is back training with the panel this year and will free up Eoghan Cahill to play outfield, fantastic to see Dempsey back

Also Brian Watkins is in training also, whom has been superb this year.

Would Hanlon Dalton and Pender make a difference if added ?

All tried and tested before , Dalton and Pender in their 30’s Hanlon was in many times before. We have good lads playing now so for me I would rather see younger lads coming in for the O Byrne cup for experience

Also looking forward to seeing Johnson and Farrell over the next few years hopefully big things to come from both
