Unlike you kaiserchief I can see past my own club. Brian Whelahan should of never got the Offaly job nore would I put him over a club team if I was been brutally honest...

So shut it please!!

Shut it?? what the f**k are you like.

Just to get this into yout thick skull again. I am not from KK or associated to KK whatsoever. I just feel Owens can contribute as a selector, I would prefer Francis Forde over Owens but I am being realistic.

Who would you put in place then?

U do shite on about kk alot so you cannot really blame me...your remark about whelahan is ridiculous also as I always said he shouldn't of got near the post but noting suprises me with the Offaly CB.

Who would I like?
Possibly Forde or Cunnigham but don't think it will happen for a few reasons one can't see why they would take the job and two the CB won't put in the money , I think it will be someone within the county..Kevin Martin maybe.

I do in my hole. The only time I mention KK is when there should have been more of them on the county panel.

Oh jesus I hope not. I think Kevin is a good club hurling manager but not fit for the pressure that role would bring just yet. He would contribute as a good selector/trainer alrite. I hope to see someone like Chunningham or Forde in the postion.

It's at times like this that you really miss a "like" button on posts.

Outstanding work sir.

In all seriousness though, what is the latest on this does anybody know?

Lone Shark, do the CB officials or committee give any updates to media or at the last county board meeting did they say what the status was? We are into November now, so you would really hope that they have found their manager and that person's backroom team are being finalized. The last thing you want is a late start and scrambling to find coaches, S&C people, considering that the county team have broken up for 3 or 4 months now and already are starting from a lower base than their competitors.

It's the Offaly county board lads they are probably still looking for a committee to pick a manager.
