Well done to the minors today. As we saw for the senior team travelling to Mullingar can't be taken for granted. Best of luck to all for the semi final.

It wasn't a great game but they worked very hard.

Offaly playing wexford. Going by results expect a wexford win by 9 points or more. But it's minors and young lads are unpredictable at the best of times. If offaly were to win it be a huge achievement. Offaly have had an easier run in so it's a golden opportunity if they are good enough to seize it.

Despite the big winning margin at the end. Offaly ran wexford close for about 40 minutes. Faded very badly towards the end but overall showed real heart. Completely ran out of steam at the end of the game. Wexford very good. Dublin in final. Too close to call a winner in that.

Hard luck to Offaly minors, they had the margin down to 2 points late in the game, but Wexford added a few scores to win the game. Dublin play Wexford in the final, nice to see new teams for a change. When was the last time Kilkenny didn't make the LMHC. Final?

Wexford extra physical power off the bench made a big difference.
But overall not a bad year but loads to work on from this batch of minors as well.
lets hope the management team can build on this year and we see a next the next batch improve again.
