Thirteen different clubs represented, which is nice to see.

Best of luck to them - I won't make it to this weekend's game but hopefully they'll be the first group to keep training past the Leaving Cert for a long time.

I heard Na Fianna have 5 on the panel, largest of any club. Tribute to the good underage structures in Na Fianna, and good for North Offaly, and the Offaly GAA in general.

Well done to the minor. Excellent win today

Just want to add a few thing about the performance on Saturday. Excellent overall. With Cahill and Langton are two excellent hurlers. Molloy in Midfield gave a huge amount of good ball into the forwards and look to be a very good free taker.
1-15 looked like very good hurlers. There a big future ahead for a lot of these lads.
The only thing that might be against them is there not the most physical team down the centre of the team but them Carlow have a habit of having huge men at minor level at full back and full forward.
But Looking forward to These young lads the next day.

Well done to all............

For us outside the hurling loop names like Delaney Kinnity, Conneely Banagher, Cahill Birr, Kelly Lusmagh, provide hope for a future..

The next day will be a big challenge but sure why not !!!!!

Dublin in Parnell Park at 2.30pm on Saturday 25th (the same day the Senior footballers play Longford in Croke Park).
The South Offaly crown will be so pleased it not played in, ahem!

These names might provide hope for the likes of us ryot but a name never made a hurler. These guys have to make it for themselves and it wont be easy.
