My comment was about an incorrect assumption posted and no comment when the incorrectness was shown-up...................

Keith Begley is an excellent manager by the looks of things......
He took this years team since U14's up to U16's and were the first Offaly team to win the most prestigious cup in Development Squads the "Fr. Manning Cup".
Looking at some of their matches, they seem very impressive and his philosophy of the game looks to be encouraging and new.
