No Matter what happens in the first round tie between Longford and Offaly its going to be a home tie for either Longford or Wexford!!

That reads to me like - if Offaly beat Longford then their match with Wexford is in Wexford (home and away arrangement)

If Longford beat Offaly then Longford will be at home to Wexford (not sure why but i would hazard a guess that there is a venue arrangement between Longford and Wexford in there somewhere).

still, anything that can be pinned to the wall and used as motivation should be, er, pinned to the wall and used as motivation.
