Determination was only a choice of words. I meant they're fitter and better prepared than any Clara team ever. What needs to be remembered is Edenderry caught Clara in 2011 on a dreadful wet day. After Clara had hopped off Rhode by the same margin as the 2012 final. All credit to Edenderry on their win but Clara really feel they have the measure of everyone apart from Rhode. And they're confident of beating Rhode every time. Last 4 years, played 4, won 2 each. It all makes for an interesting summer.

Cannot see past Rhode from what ive seen to date..... Clara probably closest but still way off unless they improve drastically..... In fairness, they are winning while trying a lot of new lads but will need a few older heads back in and putting in required effort to challenge in my opinion. Edenderry struck lucky 2 years ago but they will be competitive right up to semis and maybe even final.... Tullamore have gone back something shocking in last 2 years and are way off.... Ferbane are still a long way off and their best young lads are still too young just yet. Will take them another 3 years to be in shake up in my opinion....big step to senior from minor as they have found out!!! as for the rest, Gracefield capable of pulling a shock, Walshe Island and Erin Rovers are way off as are Tubber despite beating Tullamore.....

As for Intermediate.... Possibly Cappincur for me, Shamrocks capable if they could organise themselves but no outstanding candidate... Durrow to get somewhere maybe semis again but bloody awful to watch and not getting most out of themselves as they have some talented lads out there.....Raheen the big surprise here to be out as they would have had big expectations.....

Junior.... Fancy Ballycommon here as they have improved a good bit lately with some talent coming through....Tullamore to be main threat to them.... Daingean gone a long way back but still have the talent here at this level.....Others like Killeigh etc to get to knockouts but thatll be it id say.....

Senior - Rhode (a final with Clara would be one to look forward to)

Intermediate - K/K (if they want it)

Junior - Tullamore (like last years champions, maybe punching below their weight (one word, Oxegen), a very good squad)

Junior B - Tubber (going well in league and championship, and their Seniors doing well will be a benefit)

Does anyone know if the Semi finals are open draw?
